Pizza Quiche Recipe
1/2 Cup Chopped Pepperoni
½ cup chopped onions, sauteed
1 garlic clove – chopped, sauteed
1/2 cup Sauteed Sliced Fresh Mushrooms
½ cup chopped fresh Roma tomatoes – peeled & seeded
4 eggs, beaten
½ cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
8 OZ or 2 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 Cup Bisquick
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Oregano Flakes
1/2 tsp Basil Flakes
Preheat oven to 375*
Grease 10 inch quiche or pie plate.
Saute onions and garlic with 1 tsp vegetable oil. Set aside.
Whisk together beaten eggs, vegetable oil, milk, and sour cream.
Stir in cheeses and bisquick.
Add all vegetables, salt. oregano and basil.
Stir in chopped pepperoni.
Fold everything together and pour into greased pan.
Bake at 375* degrees, about 40 minutes or, until knife in center comes out clean,.
Sprinkle some shredded cheese on top and garnish with fresh basil & slice tomato or sauteed mushrooms..
Cool 5 minutes and serve.
Your favorite pizza ingredients may be substituted.
